Shipping & Preorder Terms

Every Babochka creation begins in Bali, where each piece is handcrafted with intention. We operate on a preorder basis to honor the artisanal process and ensure each item is made just for you.

Preorder & Production

Once your order is placed, production begins in our Balinese studio. Each item is carefully stitched, finished, and packed with care. Expect your order to be ready for dispatch within 4–10 business days.

International Shipping

• Australia: 5–10 business days (€20 flat rate)
• Japan & Asia: 7–12 business days (€25 flat rate)
• Europe & Rest of World: 10–20 business days (€30–35 flat rate)

All orders over €400 qualify for free shipping. Every shipment includes full tracking, and you will receive a confirmation email once your piece is on its way.

Customs & Duties

Import duties or VAT may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

As each Babochka piece is made to order and cannot be resold, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days at info@babochka.com. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
